Josh concentrates his practice on defense litigation in first and third-party personal injury claims, including automobile negligence, No-Fault claims, uninsured and under-insured motorist claims, general negligence, and premises liability. Josh has extensive experience handling catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims and works as both counselor and advocate on behalf of his clients.
