Josh concentrates his practice on defense litigation in first and third-party personal injury claims, including automobile negligence, No-Fault claims, uninsured and under-insured motorist claims, general negligence, and premises liability. Josh has extensive experience handling catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims and works as both counselor and advocate on behalf of his clients. He is an adept negotiator and frequently is sought out for advice prior to litigation due to his unique ability to break down complex legal issues into concepts everyone can understand. Josh also has vast experience in all aspects of the litigation process from the initial discovery phase through trial and works diligently on behalf of his clients to achieve the best result possible.
